Old Harbor Builders is a small, principal-led firm renovating, adding to and building homes in Boston and its neighboring towns. Most of our work comes by referral from past clients, architects and designers, which is the best measure we know of the work itself. We take on a limited number of projects at a time, so each one gets our full attention from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.
We keep our commitments few, and keep them well.

Principal-led
Old Harbor is led by Jim Burke. Jim is the person you meet at the first walkthrough and the person running your project — on site, through every decision, to the final punch list.
A limited calendar
We schedule only as many projects as we can give our full attention. It means we sometimes ask clients to wait — and it's why they're glad they did.

We work closely with the region's architects and interior designers, and with a long-standing group of tradespeople whose standards match our own.
